Depending on the dress she's in. If she was in her formal wear, quite a few. Not many people go around wearing a dress that has a six foot train.
In general wear she'd still get stares, but not as many. Floating crowns tend to get noticed, and the revealing cut of her dress would, too.
If she was in her "I'm sneaking out of the castle with my girlfriend" outfit, she might get a glance for her hair, but that's it.

She's a princess, but that's about the most extraordinary thing about her.

Well, wanted for marrige to Hector. Hector isn't the one who wants to get married, tis their parent's.

She underestimates herself terribly, has fondness for pink that she can't shake, and has bad balance.

She's bright, and can sing very well.

She drinks at ceremonial events that are held randomly through out the year, and has been doing this sort of thing since she was eight.

Well... She likes to name Zatani's lab experiments various names, when she shouldn't let herself get attached.

She is afraid of heights, drowning, spiders, having her father finding out about her relationship with Zatani, having Zatani fall out of love with her, and any number of things.

It is very hard to make her mad, she was trained at a young age that being angry is unbecoming of a proper princess.

She's afraid of those, too.
The Final Question
What would you consider your relationship with your character to be like?
She'd be very confused as to why a young artist has come to vist her, make small talk, and silently signal for guards to take me away.
